Currently providing a fractional PM service via Consaelting Ltd, embedded with Costain to provide assurance to National Highways on the GeoVision programme — a suite of spatial applications delivered by third-party developer ESRi via the Spatial Portal. Phase 1 was completed on time and on budget in May 2025. Now engaged in the Discovery Phase of Phase 2, due to kick off October 2025.

Created a PMO function for a rapidly growing payments technology company. Generated governance frameworks and a full project lifecycle model to qualify new projects and manage them from conception through to BAU transition. In parallel, extrapolated more than 50 projects from a chaotic BAU stream, wrapping PMO governance around each to bring order, ownership and transparency to the portfolio.

Engaged as Senior IT Project Manager across a portfolio of concurrent technology programmes within a software development company. Responsible for end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams simultaneously, maintaining governance, stakeholder communication and delivery discipline in a fast-moving environment.

Recruited to project manage several work packages within the REM 2.0 Enhancements Programme — a Jacobs/Atkins joint venture for Highways England. REM Release 1 had successfully migrated award-winning desktop engineering workflows to a cloud-based service. Release 2 expanded this to create a single 3D virtual collaboration environment, technology-agnostic across the supply chain's varied tech stack, enabling Highways England to exploit data across systems in a single centrally hosted domain for faster, better-informed decisions.

As part of DAS UK's move to consolidate two Bristol offices into one, all on-premise IT infrastructure was migrated to the cloud across two distinct projects. The first involved migrating their VM estate to VMware VPC on AWS, working with internal DC teams, architects and the VMware project team. The second migrated an on-premise iSeries solution to third-party data centres, incorporating a move from NetApps to Dell EMC with DRaaS.

Originally drafted in to manage a 5PB research data storage implementation (Cloudian, SME, S3 across three sites). When Covid-19 hit in March 2020, the project went on hold and the engagement pivoted to lead a fast-paced response programme. Managed a mixture of risk-mitigating tactical responses and expedited digital transformation projects to support remote working, learning and exam delivery — culminating in the full migration of the University's Virtual Learning Environment to the Azure platform.

Recruited as IT Project Manager covering the west of England and Wales initially, then managing projects nationally across both public and private sectors. Responsible for managing multiple concurrent hardware and software deployments, delivering KM's first third-party cloud-hosted solution, and maintaining the high client service standards expected of a world leader in managed print and AI document process technologies.
